The provincial Confesercenti of Caserta announces that in the Official Bulletin of the Campania Region (BURC) number 1 of 3 January 2020, the public notices regarding MPMIs operating in the trade sector and MPIs of street trading have been published by Sviluppo Campania. The financial allocation is 15 million euros, of which 10 million for trade (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises classified in Annex 1 of EU Regulation no. 651/2014, regardless of their legal form) and 5 million for micro and small enterprises operating in the street trading sector.
Aid to MSMEs in the trade sector (10 million euros). The beneficiaries are: micro, small and medium-sized enterprises; consortia or consortium companies of enterprises; networks of micro and small enterprises (MPI) that intend to implement a network project.
Eligibility conditions and scope of application. Small, micro, medium-sized enterprises and consortia or consortium companies and networks of micro and small enterprises must possess the following characteristics: active and operating for at least 2 years on the date of publication of the notice; registered with the competent Chamber of Commerce among the enterprises classified with Ateco 2007 Istat code in category G or I 56.00.00 (including all sub-levels); be in full and free exercise of their rights; up to date with the INPS-INAIL payment; up to date with regard to safety in the workplace, CCNL, etc.; up to date with anti-mafia legislation.
Eligible expenses. Masonry work, machinery, systems (etc.), computer programs, specialist consultancy in ICT, marketing and innovation, up to 5% of the total expenditure program. Expenses related to working capital max 30% (interest payable on bank financing, expenses for the acquisition of guarantees, etc.).
How to submit applications. Applications must be filled out online and entered into the online procedure. Applications can be submitted from 10:3 a.m. on February 2020, 16 to 4:2020 p.m. on March 10, 2020. From January XNUMX, XNUMX, the forms for submitting applications will be available on the Campania Region and Sviluppo Campania websites.
Street trading (financial allocation 5 million euros). The beneficiaries are micro and small businesses, the regulatory provisions for the trade sector apply to street trading (10 million euros) and the eligible expenses are the following: modernization of vehicles, product promotion action, including: e-commerce, improvement of environmental performance (e.g. new vehicles intended for the activity, anti-pollution systems. The eligible expenses are expected to be a minimum amount of 10 thousand euros to a maximum of 50 thousand euros. The eligible expenses are net of VAT for both calls, the section of the applications for the subsidy is at the "Evaluation Desk", pursuant to Art. 5 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 123 of 31/03/1998.
