Waste crisis in Campania, the Greens' dossier continues. Borrelli: 'We will not stop until the problem is solved'

The Greens continue to work on the dossier and documentation on the waste emergency in Naples and Campania.
The Greens of Campania are mapping the areas hardest hit by the waste emergency, where open-air landfills represent a serious danger both for the environment and for the health of citizens. They will also soon be visiting the Acerra incinerator to verify the functioning of the plant and the veracity of some complaints about environmental pollution. 
New citizen reports are arriving from Pianura, Arenella, Secondigliano and from every part of the city. Even in the premises of the Chiaia Elevator, which connects Via Chiaia and Via Nicotera, a sofa was abandoned. 
"With the intervention of ASIA we need to clean up and reclaim the most affected areas. In any case it is necessary to radically change our modus operandi, our mentality and our lifestyle otherwise, even after this crisis, the problem will arise again and again, even in an aggravated form." - these were the words of the Regional Councilor of Sole che ride Francesco Emilio Borrelli on the waste emergency.
