Frignano. They broke into the jewelry store, with their faces covered by a full-face helmet and with the bad intention of committing a robbery. It happened in the late afternoon of Friday, January 10, on the border between Frignano and San Marcellino.
The scene of the episode was the Pagano jewelry store. According to an initial reconstruction, the perpetrators were a pair of thugs who entered the business to rob it. One of them, it seems, was even armed. But the robbery was unsuccessful. The owner, with extreme courage dictated by desperation, managed to react to the criminals, scaring them away without them touching any of the valuables and money present in the business.
The Carabinieri arrived on the scene and began the investigation of the case and collected the jeweler's complaint. An ambulance also arrived. Apparently, however, there are no injuries.
