Leonardo and Federico II University: Aerotech Academy to start in March

Leonardo, Italy's leading high-tech industrial company and a top ten global player in Aerospace, Defense, and Security, has signed a collaboration agreement with the University of Naples Federico II. This agreement will enable the launch of the Aerotech Academy, a high-level training program in cutting-edge engineering topics that will provide skills and operational capabilities immediately applicable to advanced-technology industrial sectors. The initiative, aimed at students selected through a specific call (Link to the call) and holding at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or other scientific disciplines, will take place from March to December 2020 at Leonardo's Pomigliano d'Arco (Naples) site at the Aerotech Campus, the materials and production process innovation center that is part of the emerging Leonardo Labs network, the research and innovation laboratories designed to strengthen the company's technological development and competitive growth. With the support of Federico II University, Leonardo's Aerotech Campus aims to foster innovation and openness to new technological solutions in line with market trends.
