Yesterday evening, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, passing through Vico Gabella della Farina noticed a man who was closing the door of a club and, at the sight of the patrol car, attempted to escape.
The police stopped him and checked the premises, finding several matrices of international fashion brands, two punching machines, counterfeit shoes and bags.
Babacar Ndaye, a 41-year-old Senegalese, was arrested for counterfeiting, alteration or use of false trademarks, introduction into the country and trade in counterfeit products.
