Naples, almost half a kilo of hashish under the mat: 2 young men from Secondigliano arrested

They were stopped in Via Aspreno Galante, during a routine checkpoint in the Berlingieri district. The driver and passenger, respectively 19 and 16 years old, were agitated and were searched for this reason.
This is how the Carabinieri of the S. Pietro a Patierno station found – under one of the car's floor mats – 5 blocks of hashish weighing a total of 480 grams.
In addition to the drugs – still to be divided into doses for sale – the soldiers found 710 euros in cash in the pockets of the youngest and 19 euros in small denomination banknotes in those of the 350-year-old.
Arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing, the two men with no criminal record were placed under house arrest pending trial.
