Two teenagers were robbed late yesterday evening outside the Colli Aminei metro station. Two bandits on a scooter, wearing full-face helmets and carrying a gun, approached them and, pointing a gun, demanded money and cell phones. After taking their loot, they sped away. Investigators are trying to identify the perpetrators by reviewing surveillance footage.
This is not the first case of predatory crime that has occurred in that area. The Neapolitan trade unionist Giuseppe Alviti, leader of the association of private security guards, asks the institutions to intervene with a fixed mobile presence of the police forces that interfaces with the municipal police to "prevent and avoid the citizens from the criminal subjection of that territory".
