“Give your children some paccheri and say: these are the Pope's paccheri”. The owners of the Neapolitan restaurant Januarius present the new dish with a smile by posting a photo of the first dish on their Facebook page, dedicated to the episode of the 'slap' of the pontiff when he was pulled by a believer. They write in the post, where they add that they were helped by the creatives of EssereQui, they are made of “artisanal paccheri from Camporeale, burrata from Andria Igp, octopus, prawns”, “obviously Argentinian” and “yellow corbarino tomato”.
Francesco Andoli, owner of the restaurant who worked in communications for a long time before turning to catering, explained that the idea was born with "a dear friend, Fabio Bergamo from the communications agency "Essere qui". We commented, playing on it, on the story that saw the Pope involved and when one of the two said the word “pacchero” the idea of making a dish out of it came to me. I made up the recipe on the spot”.
