The Carabinieri in Qualiano reported a 51-year-old man from Giugliano, already known to law enforcement, who parked his car on the outer ring road and unloaded large bags full of construction waste: tiles, pipes, and waste materials. Stopped before he could finish the job, the man said he had renovated a building on the coastal strip of Giugliano in Campania. His car and the unloaded materials were seized, and the 51-year-old was charged with illegal waste disposal.
