The decision of the Court of Benevento in collegiate composition - President Dr. Rotili - against Bosco Quirino, Chiumiento Umberto (defended by the lawyer Vincenzo Sguera), Gianluigi Di Dio (defended by the lawyer Luca Russo) and Alberto Di Dio (defended by the lawyer Michele De Vita). The decision concerned an excerpt of the trial arising from the investigation carried out by the Carabinieri of Benevento in the year 2014 called "Tabula Rasa".
