During the New Year's celebrations, Torre del Greco was transformed into a real battlefield.
As can be seen from a video shot by a citizen, the streets of the municipality were invaded by piles of rubbish and fires caused by the explosion of firecrackers while deafening neomelodic music provided the soundtrack to a degrading and horrifying scenario.
"This is unacceptable, the celebrations must be carried out in compliance with the rules, with others and with the territory. After speaking with the Mayor of Torre del Geco, Giovanni Palomba, they are proceeding with the identification and reporting of the protagonists of the serious episode that occurred in the Vesuvian municipality on New Year's Eve.
