On Saturday, January 11, one of the greatest exponents of Italian variety shows offers “LAUGH WITH ME. GROUP COMIC THERAPY”. It is a tribute to the great comedians with songs, catchphrases and jokes in which laughter acts as an anti-stress; a group therapy session, in which laughter is the tool to forget the problems, stress and neuroses that modern society forces us to endure. With comic numbers, sketches, extravagant characters, monologues, songs danced and sung, Dr. Antonello Costa (comedian doctor, specialist in good humor, receives by appointment only at the theater) is ready to make the audience of the Teatro delle Arti smile, Saturday, January 11 at 21.15:XNUMX p.m., with the motto “Laugh with me group comic therapy”.
The show, by Annalisa Costa, on stage with Antonello and a sparkling dance troupe, marks the 2020 restart of Che Comico, the exciting season created by Gv Eventi with the artistic direction of Gianluca Tortora.
On stage the mirror of the artistic philosophy of the Sicilian comedian: exorcising anxieties and fears through a smile. Costa, singer, dancer, comic actor and showman, will overwhelm and involve the audience for two hours with a tribute to the great comedians and a careful search for characters, songs, catchphrases and jokes. A totally new and seriously comical show, because the artist's recurring phrase is: "I always joke, I'm serious only when I make people laugh".
Costa is considered one of the greatest exponents of Italian variety. This is demonstrated by the 100 performances of the last theatrical season and the presence in the programs of the most important national theaters, touching, in addition to Rome and Turin, also Milan, Bologna, Palermo, Catania and many other cities. He will present to the public a series of characters, comic numbers, monologues and songs danced and sung that will have the sole purpose of entertaining them. The artist will play the roles of Don Antonino and Tony Fasano, the bullfighter Joachim Cortos and the stammerer, will involve with a Neapolitan sketch, will pay homage to the prince of laughter Totò and many other numbers chosen from the vast repertoire.
