From this evening, January 7th, until the 12th, "Wet Floor," written by Fabio Pisano and directed by Lello Serao, will be on stage at the Piccolo Bellini in Naples. This production by Tan – Teatri Associati di Napoli and Teatro Bellini stars Antimo Casertano and Fabio Cocifoglia, with costumes by Annalisa Ciaramella, sets by Luigi Ferrigno, and video contributions by Francesco Mucci.
“Wet Floor” is a show born from Denzel Washington’s reflection on journalism today. Getting there first. The truth doesn’t matter.
Fabio Pisano gives life to a quick and sharp text in which the protagonist is the current new "war" of the information media that divides the field between reality and truth.
What do we need today? To know reality, or the truth? Reality and truth in the contemporary world are very distant concepts.
There is no shortage of twists that are nothing short of grotesque and the direction leads the audience to different “visual levels”: the “real” one and the “virtual” one.
