"UGL stands with the family of the worker who lost his life on the job in Benevento, yet another avoidable tragedy. It is necessary to promote a greater culture of safety in the workplace, especially where the risk of accidents is high." The union stated this in a statement. Paolo Capone, Secretary General of the UGL, Commenting on the death of a 58-year-old worker who fell from scaffolding at the Benevento train station, he said: "In this regard, the UGL 'Work to Live' tour continues, aimed at raising public and institutional awareness of the sad phenomenon of accidental deaths. Let's put an end to these constant and silent massacres."
