Casoria. A 38-year-old man who escaped from house arrest was arrested; he was being held for drug dealing.
I Carabinieri of the Casoria Operations Section, as part of the investigations coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North, arrested a thirty-eight-year-old originally from Morocco by order issued by the Court last April 21, resulting from the worsening of the measure of house arrest to which the subject had been subjected following his arrest for violations relating to narcotics.
The precautionary measure ordered by the Court of Aversa arises from a proposal for aggravation made by the Crispano Station and the Caivano Tenancy, which on several occasions have ascertained the arbitrary removal of the 38-year-old from the house arrest to which he was subjected.
The military of the Casoria Company had been on his trail for several weeks and, this morning, they intercepted him on a bicycle as he was wandering around the streets of the town of Frattamaggiore, heedless of the measure that weighed on him.
The man, arrested, was transferred to the Poggioreale prison
