Coronavirus, yet another elderly woman dies from Serrara Fontana residence

Yesterday evening, another elderly guest died at Villa Mercede, the retirement home in Serrara Fontana that became a hotbed of Coronavirus and where three guests died in 24 hours.

LThe latest victim, an eighty-year-old who had been living in the nursing home for several years, died shortly after 22 pm at the Rizzoli hospital in Lacco Ameno where she had been admitted due to worsening health conditions a few days earlier. The number of victims of Covid6 in Ischia thus rises to 19, 5 of whom are in the nursing home in Serrara Fontana.
