A White House document, revealed by the “New York Times”, estimates the impact of the coronavirus in the coming weeks at around 200 thousand new cases per day by the end of May.

The area most affected so far has been New York, which however, according to US virologists, is close to its peak. A dramatic increase in deaths is also expected in the next month: by June 1, 3 daily victims are estimated, compared to the current 1.750 in the entire country.
