The mayors of the Phlegraean area of Pozzuoli and Bacoli, with specific provisions, have made the stretches of seafront, beaches and green areas accessible to the public starting tomorrow. In Pozzuoli, the Pertini seafront on Via Napoli is reopened, closed since March 20 to avoid gatherings and the use of children's play areas during the critical period of the health emergency.
SIt will also be possible to walk in the villas, cottages and viewpoints of the city, without time restrictions. In these places it will be possible to jog, but only from 6,00:8,30 to XNUMX:XNUMX, maintaining a distance of at least two meters between people. However, Villa Avellino, the Oasi di Monte Nuovo and the Parco Urbano Attrezzato in via Vecchia delle Vigne will remain closed. All children's play areas and sports areas will remain closed and no outdoor play or recreational activities will be permitted.
In Bacoli, walking on the beach and in public parks is allowed, the Parco Vanvitelliano del Fusaro has been reopened, and fishing on the seashore and offshore by boat. It will be possible to go canoeing and surfing. The mayors recommend avoiding gatherings, the obligation to wear a mask and respect social distancing. The measures specify that, in execution of the Prime Ministerial Decree of April 26, specific areas will be closed where it is not possible to ensure compliance with safety measures.
