Some restrictions are being eased, but phase two of the coronavirus emergency does not provide for much freedom of movement in Campania after the latest ordinance issued by the president of the regional council, Vincenzo De Luca, which aims to limit returns to the region and in any case entries into the Campania region.
In particular, the new provisions in force from tomorrow require air, rail and long-distance road transport companies to acquire and make available to law enforcement and the Regional Crisis Unit the names of travellers with destinations at airports and railway stations, including high-speed ones.
Anyone returning to or passing through the railway hubs of Naples, Salerno, Benevento, Caserta and others, with trains that make inter-regional connections, but also from motorway toll booths, the airport or by sea must undergo body temperature measurement, which if it is equal to or higher than 37,5 degrees, requires a rapid test to exclude contagion from Covid 19. As for the other measures in force from tomorrow, Campania essentially maintains what is foreseen by the national ordinances with the opening of bars and restaurants for take-away service, the green light to walks in parks with a mask and maintaining distances and the possibility of sports activities, always outdoors, but between 6 and 8,30 in the morning.
