There were 192 passengers on the first train, the 7:10 Frecciarossa, which left Milan for Naples with a 4-minute delay. The passenger control phase took place in an orderly manner with people spaced out and all wearing masks. Most of the passengers were headed to Campania and Puglia. The latter will change trains in Rome to reach their region. Among the passengers is also the former Mani Pulite prosecutor and member of the CSM Camillo Davigo.
IThe 7.10 train is the first of three Frecciarossa trains that today connect the city with Rome and end in Naples. It was an orderly and distanced queue that was created by the attention of the staff verifying the passengers' motivations and for temperature checks. The train therefore left only 4 minutes late and without any problems being reported. From today, in addition to proven work reasons and for urgent health reasons, it is possible to travel outside the region also to return to one's residence. At the moment, it does not appear that anyone has been turned away at the controls.
The train is almost full: on the Trenitalia website there are still some tickets for sale for this and the other two trains of the day. In order to maintain safety distances and therefore the alternation of seats, only a part of the available seats have been put on sale
