Naples, in Pianura unauthorized works on land subject to restrictions: two people reported by the Carabinieri.
The Carabinieri of the Naples Pianura Station reported 2 people for destruction or defacement of natural beauty. On a private property bordering some agricultural fields – covering almost 2.000 square meters – they noticed two small excavators engaged in earthmoving. The work was suspended, the client, a 44-year-old local man, was unable to show the military any authorization that would allow the excavation activity.
The property, which is located in an area subject to landscape restrictions, was seized, as were the vehicles used. The person responsible for the works and the client - as well as the owner of the land - were reported.
