Without a license and motorcycle insurance, they do not stop at the checkpoint and run away: after a chase and a fight with the officers, a 26-year-old from Ercolano was arrested.
LThe episode occurred in Corso Arnaldo Lucci in Naples, during a territorial control operation, the officers of the Vicaria-Mercato police station ordered a motorcycle that was travelling at high speed to stop.
The driver, at the sight of them, accelerated but was caught in Corso Protopisani where, following the impact with a turnstile of the General Prevention Office, the two attempted to flee on foot until, after a chase and a fight with the officers, one of them was stopped.
Marco Durantini, a 26-year-old from Ercolano with a criminal record, was arrested for resisting, violence and injuries to a Public Official and fined for violating the rules aimed at containing the Covid19 contagion; furthermore, the man was fined for driving without a license since he had never obtained one and the motorcycle was seized because it did not have insurance coverage.
