Serie A is getting back on track. The players, even if only individually and respecting the interpersonal safety distance of at least two meters, will resume training in sports centers starting tomorrow. However, not all clubs will immediately accept the green light that arrived until May 17 (from the 18th the teams hope to return to working collectively).
League leaders Juventus have instructed the 9 foreigners still abroad to organize themselves to return to Turin (they will then have to observe two weeks of quarantine), while the rest of the team will return to work in a staggered manner at Continassa between Tuesday and Wednesday. The first club to leave will therefore be Sassuolo tomorrow: no more than two players on each of the three pitches on the three pitches of the Mapei Football Center, showers and gyms closed, you arrive alone in your tracksuit and go home for a shower, even the drinking water comes from home. Among the clubs that have already announced the return of their members to the field for the day after tomorrow there is therefore Bologna (the coach and technical assistants will not be present and the athletes will only be allowed access to the pitches, while the changing rooms, gym, offices and all other areas will remain closed) and, in Lombardy, Inter. From Tuesday, Appiano Gentile will reopen for staggered groups of 3-4 players, with the minimum necessary medical and technical support, generally with a doctor and a trainer. Atalanta, Brescia and Milan have not yet communicated precise dates. The Rossoneri are waiting for the validation by the Government of the scientific medical protocol to start the required tests. If they can start tomorrow with the screening and the timing of the results allows it, individual training could begin over the weekend. Ibrahimovic and Kessie have yet to return to Italy, and will then be home isolated for 14 days. Parma are also ready to start this week in Collecchio (Tuesday or Wednesday), Lazio in Formello (May 6, first the registered players will undergo swabs) and Roma in Trigoria (May 7, medical visits and individual training). Napoli will probably also return to the field on Thursday in Castel Volturno. De Laurentiis' club has planned swabs for all players directly at home starting tomorrow, while at the sports center everyone will arrive already dressed in tracksuit and t-shirt to go straight onto the pitch. At the end of training everyone will go home for a shower. The resumption is still uncertain for Cagliari (the club's line is clear: before resuming sessions it is necessary to wait for a protocol or at least certain rules to protect the health and safety of players and staff), Fiorentina, Genoa, Lecce (could open to voluntary and individual training at the stadium as early as tomorrow), Sampdoria, Spal (waiting for the health protocol and the rules on the definition of the resumption of sports competitions) and Turin.
