LThe scene was filmed by a passerby early this morning and posted on Facebook. The man improvised a grill with wooden planks and roasted a cat, there were few passers-by at that hour, but in the video you can see a woman attacking the man, of African origin, who makes it clear that he is homeless: “We don’t eat cats, you know that? – the woman shouts – now I’ll send you to jail, shame on you”. The Northern League MEP Susanna Ceccardi, a centre-right candidate in Tuscany, has contacted the police “to find this criminal”. “But how can we get to such cruelty?”, asks Ceccardi. “Is this the new ‘lifestyle’ we should follow? Is this the ‘reception’ system of the Tuscany Region? This is not integration”.
