In reference to the provisions of the Prime Ministerial Decrees, containing measures for the containment and contrast of the spread of the Covid-19 virus throughout the national territory, INPS had suspended access to the public in all its territorial structures, favoring telephone and web contact tools.
IThe changed socio-economic and health scenario, also in light of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 11 June 2020, which authorised the resumption of further activities, now allows for an adjustment of the methods of providing services to the front end which on the one hand ensures the resumption of in-person activities and on the other enhances enhanced remote interaction in the emergency phase.
Therefore, starting from July 1st, in all the territorial structures of the Institute, the first level (generalist) information service will be reactivated also in person, during the ordinary opening hours to the public (8:30-12:30).
In order to ensure compliance with all measures aimed at containing the contagion, access to the premises will be permitted by reservation only through the channels internet, Contact Center and via the INPS Mobile app.
The citizen, during the booking phase, will have to indicate the reason of the contact and will be able to choose whether to go to the office or be called back by an official on the day and at the chosen time.
Also starting from 1st July, the second level (specialist) information service will be managed according to the following methods:
• for citizens the consultation will be provided, at the user's choice, in person or by telephone. The officials will examine the problem in depth before the physical or telephone meeting and, if the conditions are met, they may contact the user by telephone to define the report before the appointment.
• appointments with the Institutional intermediaries and other users authorised to use the “Drawers” will continue to be managed remotely via the TINPS platform (Microsoft Teams) or by telephone.
The possibility of 24/XNUMX online consultation of information of interest and submission of requests always ensured on the Institute's website with access remains unchanged. by PIN identifier.
Considering that the new system of access to the offices by reservation only which will be introduced from 1st July, represents an extremely innovative change for users. We remain at your disposal for any further information or clarification and we invite the press in question to disseminate the information represented as much as possible.
