On June 29, 2020, the officers of the Torre del Greco Police Station executed a custodial remand order issued by the GIP of the Torre Annunziata Court at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, against Salvatore Tammaro and Salvatore De Simone, 42 and 38 year old Torre del Greco residents with criminal records, seriously suspected of aggravated robbery.
Land images from the city's video surveillance system and from some commercial establishments in the area have allowed us to gather evidence against the two men, believed to be responsible for having committed a robbery on 4 June in via Purgatorio in Torre del Greco to the detriment of an elderly man who, followed into his home, was attacked and robbed of his wallet containing his personal documents and the sum of 150 euros.
