Arzano- Error by the Ministry of the Interior on ineligibility: former mayor Fiorella Esposito pardoned again. Instead, former councilor Rosario Errichiello, Esposito's leading man and heavily accused in the dissolution documents of having influenced the administration dissolved for Camorra in 2019, goes to trial.
Ua story that will not fail to give rise to further judicial consequences, that which sees once again the ministry present an appeal to the first degree order late, thus expiring the terms for a possible judgment. In fact, in the first degree hearing, the Ministry had delivered to the judge the report with the “omissis” and in doing so, in that instance, the court could not enter into the merits of the dissolution documents.
Together with Fiorella Esposito, the former Councilor for Legality Anna Errichiello and the former Councilor for the Environment Alessandro Merenda are also “saved” in extremis due to procedural errors by the State Attorney's Office. Although he is cited in the Presidential Decree as Errichiello's “companion,” he will not see any proceedings against him. In the meantime, the judgment ordered by the court against Errichiello on the merits gives strength to the accusatory system of the Prefecture of Naples. The ministry was ordered to pay the legal costs. In the meantime, the son of the former mayor Fiorella Esposito was also hit by a notice of investigation in recent weeks for the aggression perpetrated against the journalist Domenico Rubio. (FDL )
