Clarifications for the electric bike bonus
Dafter the holiday bonus more are coming clarifications for those who want to take advantage of the mobility bonus which we remember can reach up to 500 € as provided for by the Relaunch Decree for the purchase of bicycles, traditional or pedal-assisted, scooters, segways e electric hoverboards.
Despite the delays and controversies of the last few weeks, there have been many requests for the Bonus and for this reason, in order to try to simplify the procedure, the Ministry of the Environment is working on the development of the web portal which will have to be accessed with your credentials. Speed to request and obtain the incentive.
In fact, we remind you that it is necessary to have a digital identity as a requirement or via Spid (here how to request it) or via a CIE (Electronic Identity Card)
The first clarification will concern the amount of financial resources allocated by the Government, namely the Minister of the Environment Sergio Costa, who announced that further funds will be allocated. 70 million euro to add to 120 million already planned to cover the requests that will arrive. A nice amount.
Another clarification then comes on the How to use the bonus: It is essentially a reimbursement (therefore the request is the responsibility of the citizen, not the trader) and the following can benefit from it citizens who have purchased one of the eligible items starting from 4st May and until the entrance in function ofapp of the Ministry of the Environment. Therefore, the citizen who purchases one of the aforementioned vehicles will be entitled to a refund of the 60% of grocery sustained for a maximum of 500 €, attaching the invoice or receipt relating to the purchase to the request.
Instead, those who purchase one of the vehicles covered by the bonus after the entry into operation of theweb application (so similar to what happened for the bonus for teachers) , once the online request for the bonus has been completed, a digital shopping voucher with which the customer will only pay the 40% oftotal amount and the rest 60% will be refunded to the retailer.
Very important because in this case, when requesting the online bonus (before having generated the digital bonus) the citizen must also indicate the type of vehicle that you wish to purchase.
However, there is still a question regarding the electric bike bonus that is not entirely clear, namely the type of justification allowed for those who have already made the purchase starting from May 4th.
In fact, the Ministry of the Environment is pushing citizens to attach the following to the online request: Fattura or one “talking receipt”, which therefore reports the fiscal Code of who buys and the precise indication of thearticle, while the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport would like to include those who only present one simple receipt, assuming aself-certification ad hoc, as reported Italian business.
This will probably be the subject of discussion clarity in the next cabinet, so that we can then launch the implementing decrees necessary. Finally, the requirements for accessing this bonus do not change, which is granted for a single purchase per person and for adults residing in regional capitals, metropolitan cities, provincial capitals or municipalities with more than 50 inhabitants.
