Diver caught fishing in prohibited area, fines and seizures in Castellammare di Stabia.
L'man was reported to the Port Authority by some boaters while he was in the area of the mouth of the port of Marina di Stabia. The diver was stopped and fined also because he had not signaled his presence with the buoy. All the equipment was seized.
