The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of Ischia arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing Pasquale Migliaccio, a 39-year-old local man already known to the police and reported for the same crime, a 35-year-old local woman.
The military, during a service arranged by the Provincial Command of Naples to combat drug dealing, checked and searched the 39-year-old, finding him in possession of 5 grams of heroin divided into 3 doses ready to be sold to the first buyers. The boys were now under control by the military who observed their movements. The drugs were purchased in the Naples area.
Migliaccio, after waiting for the girl at the port with his scooter, hastily drove away. The military stopped them and checked them. The girl's sudden gesture of getting rid of the drugs, which were found and seized, was of no avail. Migliaccio, arrested, was placed under house arrest awaiting trial.
