The Consortium for the Protection of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop participates in the Dolce&Gabbana project to support the activities of the Humanitas Foundation for Research.
The event was held yesterday, July 15, at the Humanitas University in Milan and further strengthens the active collaboration with this institution of excellence that Dolce&Gabbana has long supported thanks to a series of important initiatives, from the provision of scholarships for deserving students of the MedTec School course to support for fundraising for scientific research.
For the occasion, Dolce&Gabbana held the Spring-Summer 2021 Men's Fashion Show at Humanitas in a charity event which also saw the presence of Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop, chosen as a symbol of the excellence of Made in Italy. It was chef Gennaro Esposito, two Michelin stars and well-known face on TV, who highlighted Mozzarella di Bufala Campana Dop in his menu offered to the evening's guests.
