Naples, Troia clan: convictions of the top leaders confirmed in the appeal. Almost all of the convictions inflicted by the Court of Naples exactly two years ago on the Trojan Clan of San Giorgio a Cremano, which in the first instance received exactly 215 years of prison for 21 defendants.
The Court of Appeal of Naples (second section) has almost halved the sentence (from 18 years and 8 months to 9 years) of Gennaro Montella, defended by the lawyer Ercolino, and of Ciro D'Amato who, defended by the lawyer Coppola, saw his sentence reduced by one year: from 10 years it went down to 9. All the sentences for the leaders of the clan, including the female boss, have been confirmed. Immaculate Iattarelli who was also sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in the first instance.
