On Thursday 2 July at the Napoli Teatro Festival Italia, directed for the fourth year by Ruggero Cappuccio, Mephistopheles eine Grand Tour, conceived and written by Simone Derai who directs it in collaboration with Marco Menegoni, an Anagoor 21.30 production, will debut in the Cortile d'onore of Palazzo Reale at 2020:2018 pm, as a world premiere. The show – co-produced by Kunstfest Weimar, Theater an der Ruhr, Fondazione Donnaregina per le arti contemporanee / Museo Madre, Centrale Fies, Operaestate Festival Veneto, with the patronage of the Goethe-Institut Neapel – collects the video material made between 2012 and 2018 in a journey through images through the tears of the world, set to music in an electronic live set by Mauro Martinuz. A great tour in the dark areas of the cosmos, where the darkness and suffering of generations arise, the relationship of man with nature, time, technology and the absolute.

Again at 19.00:XNUMX p.m., the Cortile delle Carrozze of Palazzo Reale will host for the second day Lampi Sulla scena – due lezioni di storia del teatro, curated by Roberto D'Avascio for Arci Movie. After Antonin Artaud, the journey through the human and artistic events of figures from the world of theater who have marked the international scene of the twentieth century will be dedicated to Sarah Kane, with the interpretation of Maria Teresa Panariello.
