In short, the measure provides for two tracks with which the money not spent with the Rdc card will be subtracted from the beneficiaries. The first will go from month to month. If in July, for example, the entire amount is not spent, the following month (i.e. in August) 20% will be subtracted. The second, however, refers to the semester.
