"The sad story has affected me," Di Sarno said, "and I've decided to donate part of my salary to the Family Home." The MP, accompanied by attorney Gennaro Demetrio Paipais (who assists the facility), visited the family home to visit the children. Meanwhile, following the complaint filed with the Santa Maria Capua Vetere Public Prosecutor's Office, the investigation into the online scam involving the payment for the swimming pool and subsequent failure to deliver it continues. "We are conducting defensive investigations to identify the owner of the IBAN who obtained an unfair profit at the expense of many children who are already experiencing hardship due to their experiences," Paipais said.
