Lazio Regional Administrative Court: No to the reopening of discos, managers' requests rejected
The Regional Administrative Court (TAR) rejects the urgent precautionary suspension of the Minister of Health's August 16 ordinance, regarding urgent measures to contain and manage the COVID-19 health emergency, which closed nightclubs and mandated masks in public places where gatherings are likely. The president of the Third Quarter Section of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) issued a single-judge decree rejecting a request for an urgent precautionary suspension filed by Silb-Fipe (Italian Association of Dance and Entertainment Businesses). A hearing in chambers for the joint assessment of the appeal has already been scheduled for September 9.
