Maestro Giosuè Grassia has been proclaimed the new director of the Conservatory “Nicola Sala” of Benevento. The outcome of the vote has provided a clear result, Grassia has won with a clear majority. His electoral program has been the foundation for sharing with many teachers, based on deep listening to the problems exposed.
Grassia is one of the most active teachers at the Conservatory, formerly responsible for the Department of New Technologies and Musical Languages, he thinks of a Conservatory in step with the times, without losing the human aspect. In his program: new technologies, adequate spaces for students, autonomy of the teacher, recovery of disciplines related to musical tradition, Web Radio of the Conservatory, Education to listening and much more.
