Even those who do physical activity outdoors will be required to wear a mask.
The Ministry of the Interior wrote this in a circular signed yesterday evening by Cabinet Chief Bruno Frattasi, which clarifies the prefects on the decree law approved on October 7. The provision that requires the use of a mask "exempts from the obligation to use it - Frattasi writes - only those who are engaged in sports activities and not physical activity, which is not exempted from the obligation in question".
In the drafts of the decree that circulated in recent days, it was written that "subjects who are carrying out sporting or physical activities" were exempt from the obligation to wear a mask, but in the text published in the Official Journal, the exemption remained only for those who do sporting activities.
