Ma wave of inconvenience for commuters who travel to work by car this morning in Naples due to flooding that affected both the entry and exit areas of the ring road near the roundabout which has become almost "an island" surrounded by the sea.
Half a meter of water in some places and traffic blocked since 07:30 in the morning with many cars forced to change routes to go to work.
