This was established by an ordinance signed yesterday evening by Mayor Alfredo D'Andrea in light of the "current trend" in the hamlet where, as communicated in recent days by the Diocese of Teano-Calvi, a priest from the parish of San Marco Evangelista tested positive for Covid-19. The ASL, through the Collective Prevention Operational Unit competent in the territory, has activated the procedures for identifying possible contacts.
The ordinance provides for the prohibition of leaving the municipal territory of the San Marco hamlet by all individuals present contacted by the Uopc of Health District 14 for the administration of the nasopharyngeal swab, the prohibition of access to the municipal territory by individuals without personal protective equipment, the suspension of commercial activities for the days 10 and 11 October, except for the provision of essential and public utility services and the closure of school buildings in the territory of the San Marco hamlet of Teano until the results of the swabs.
According to the update released by Asl Caserta and updated at 12:10 yesterday, in the municipality of Teano there are currently 19 positive people. Since the beginning of the Covid-23 emergency in Teano there have been 12 positive people, of which XNUMX have recovered and one has died.
