The fight against phenomena of danger to public order and safety continues through the adoption of measures issued by the Police Chief of the province of Salerno, aimed at protecting citizens from predatory crime phenomena.
IIn this context, the Police Chief of the Province of Salerno issued today four measures of No Return against persons with multiple criminal records who, while travelling from their municipality of residence, have carried out scams against elderly people, implemented with the false motivations of urgent delivery of a package for a family member or due compensation for an accident involving a loved one that never actually occurred, taking advantage of the vulnerability of the elderly, which has worsened with the ongoing health emergency.
Furthermore, they were adopted by the Police Chief of Salerno, six measures of Oral Notice, always, against people with multiple criminal records, reported by the Anti-Crime Division of the Police Headquarters as being responsible for the crime of detention for the purpose of shop of substances drugs and crimes against the person and the property .
