CThe activities of the Provincial Command of the Carabinieri of Naples aimed at ensuring widespread legality continue without stopping. The Carabinieri of the Torre Annunziata Company, together with those of the Regiment and the NAS of Naples, last evening carried out a vast coordinated service aimed at extraordinary control of the territory and verification of compliance with the current anti-covid regulations. During the operations - which saw the use of numerous military personnel and specialized assets of the Arma - two citizens of Oplonti, already known to the police, ended up in the crosshairs: one was arrested by order of the court after being responsible for numerous drug-related crimes, the other was caught and reported to the prefecture because he was carrying marijuana with him.

The military is also very attentive to public health: 5 citizens who were walking in the center without a mask and two well-known nightlife venues were fined. The owners had not implemented adequate measures to contain the spread of the virus.

Zero tolerance for motorists: 23 administrative fines were issued and 3 driving licenses were withdrawn. The activities will continue in the coming days.
