Reports of malfunctions in Poste Italiane services are increasing: over 90% of reports (data provided by the downdetector website) concern access difficulties, and many users claim they are unable to use the SPID service—the public digital identity system—provided by Poste Italiane.
The causes have not yet been disclosed, but it cannot be ruled out that the issue is related to the mobility bonus assignment process, which began this morning and requires SPID (Italian Public Address System) as a prerequisite for access. For the sake of completeness, please note that some issues related to Poste Italiane services were also reported in the past few hours. Please note that Poste Italiane is one of several providers that allow the use of SPID, which is required for applying for mobility bonuses, as well as for many other services that are currently inaccessible.
