In the next few days, engineer Mirabelli - in the past he has already been charged with reconstructing numerous road accidents including the accident involving actor Domenico Diele and two years ago the serious accident on the SS 7 bis in Nola in which two carabinieri and a security guard were fatally hit - will conduct technical investigations on the two vehicles involved in the accident in the presence of lawyers Michele Sanseverino for the suspect and lawyer Giancarlo Carrozza for the injured parties, and their respective technical consultants.
To verify what happened on November 20, there will be an inspection on the Circumvallazione, with the help of the Carabinieri of the Volla Station led by Commander Salvatore Manna, who will allow us to define in detail all the aspects useful for the purposes of the investigation, from the trajectories to the speeds of the vehicles involved, and the reasons that led the van driven by the young victim to catch fire after the impact.
