The Caserta Solidale network helps people who need oxygen in this difficult period.
On Monday evening, volunteers made the first delivery of cylinders to an elderly man who was unable to leave his home.
"This important mutual aid service is needed more than ever," the activists' statement reads. "Many people can't leave their homes, and oxygen is essential for so many therapies. We're here; we can only survive together! Are you alone? Are you elderly, sick, or vulnerable to the coronavirus? Don't know who to ask for help with groceries or medicine? Contact us! The service is free."
