Carabinieri from the Naples Anti-Adulteration Unit are collecting names and information about those vaccinated in recent days to determine whether any individuals infiltrated the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination process in priority groups. In recent days, several local newspaper articles have identified people who shouldn't have been queuing in front of one of the vaccination centers in Naples, at the Mostra d'Oltremare.
Furthermore, a former employee of the ASL of Salerno filed a complaint with the Carabinieri and the Public Prosecutor's Office of Salerno in which he reported that there were several cases of vaccine administration to people without the right. This would be an initiative activity by the NAS, aimed at merely gathering information and no file has been opened by the investigators.
