Hashish hidden in a bathrobe brought by the family of an inmate in the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
Today, as part of the control activities aimed at preventing the illicit introduction of narcotic substances into the Santa Maria Capua Vetere penitentiary, thanks to the nose of an inspector, a narcotic substance of the hashish type was found in a bathrobe of a seventy-year-old prisoner, previously deposited in a package by his family, well hidden in the hem of the sponge, in the hope of eluding the controls of the Penitentiary Police personnel, the drugs were seized and the related ritual searches and all related procedures were carried out, giving notice to the Commander, the Director and the competent Judicial authority for the notification of the crime.
The news was released by the Regional Secretary of OSAPP Campania Vincenzo Palmieri.
