During the interrogation and validation hearing, the Judge of the Court of Naples North ordered the release of the suspect, accepting the requests of the defense assumed by the lawyer Vincenzo Esposito. The suspect, LB, explained the reasons why he held the weapon found, thus offering a cognitive contribution on the entire affair in which he was the protagonist.
