There are 3 more victims of covid in Torre Annunziata. The mayor, Vincenzo Ascione, announced this in the usual daily press briefing.
SThere are 43 new cases of Covid-19 infection from 218 swabs carried out, with the positivity rate standing at 19,72 percent. At the same time, there are also 93 recoveries and 3 deaths of two women aged 76 and 50 and a man aged 75, who died respectively on 18 and 27 January, and on 14 February, but whose communication was only received today.
The number of citizens currently positive has dropped to 903, of which 31 (+6 compared to yesterday) with the so-called "English variant" (identifiable from the swab reports as "Positive with S gene Drop Out").
The number of people who have contracted Coronavirus in Torre Annunziata since the beginning of the health emergency has risen to 3.378, of which 2.421 have recovered and 54 have died.
