There has been a sharp increase in the number of new positives in Campania in the last 24 hours.
SThere have been 2.185 new cases of Covid in the last 24 hours in Campania, 303 of which were identified by rapid antigen tests. Of the 2.185 new positives, 119 were symptomatic. 21.366 swabs were processed, of which 3.568 were antigenic. The percentage of positive swabs out of the total swabs analyzed is 10,22%. Yesterday it was 9,53%. The cases of Covid registered in Campania since the beginning of the emergency are 257.939 (of which 4.794 were antigenic), the total swabs processed are 2.842.283 (of which 90.890 were antigenic).
Today's bulletin released by the Campania Region Crisis Unit includes 40 new deaths, 17 of which occurred in the last 48 hours and 23 occurred previously, but recorded yesterday. The total number of deaths in Campania since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic rises to 4.219. There are 848 new recoveries: the total number of recoveries in Campania is 181.890.
